This gangster/action film tale follows Cain Burgess (Scott Adkins), who starts out as a lowly criminal that gets framed for a crime he did not commit, and while in prison, he becomes hardened by constant violent attacks and attempts on his life that he eventually learns were primarily influenced by the one(s) on the outside responsible for him being behind bars. After surviving a challenging stent in prison, the now hardened "Cain Burgess" returns to his old stomping grounds to take revenge on the people responsible for him becoming a cold-blooded killer. "This highly recommended film is arguably Scott Atkin's best works to date"
